We've set up a table with four chairs and provided pool floats, sun loungers, and umbrellas. Known for its serene beaches and excellent dining options, Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores are ideal destinations for a peaceful getaway that is still close to bustling areas like Clearwater Beach or John's Pass. These tranquil beaches cater to those looking for relaxation alongside delicious food and beverages. 🌅 Mango is conveniently located just two blocks away from the beach! From our driveway, you can spot the beach access entrance nearby, making it an ideal spot. Additionally, Mango is only a five-minute stroll to Cafe de Paris, Beach Wave Grill, and Coco Crush, while Casa Italia is just a 10-minute walk away! 🍊 Please keep in mind that we are located in a residential neighborhood and to be kind and courteous during your stay. Locals enjoy their peace and quiet, and we want this to remain a piece of paradise for everyone to share and love. ✌🏽

- Nearby, there are restaurants and bars that are easily accessible on foot. 👣 - Each cottage comes with two parking spaces, and additional free public parking is available throughout IRB. 🚗 - Guests can make use of the two bicycles provided for their stay. 🚲 - A local trolley stop is conveniently located on our corner, offering an affordable and pleasant way to explore the area. 🚎 - To use the trolley during your visit, we recommend downloading the Flamingo & Transit app. 🦩 - IRB, slightly south of Clearwater Beach, offers a less touristy atmosphere, enhancing the distinctive charm of our town. - 15 min drive to Clearwater Beach 🌴 - 20 min drive to John's Pass 🐬 - 25 min drive to Dunedin 🍻 ✈️ Nearest airport: TPA 30/40mins

Swimming Pool Liability Waiver & Disclaimer ↓ By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use of the swimming pool: Assumption of Risk: Guests understand and acknowledge that the use of the swimming pool involves inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, slipping, falling, and other potential hazards. By choosing to use the pool, all guests voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur. No Lifeguard on Duty: This property does not provide a lifeguard. Guests are responsible for their safety and the safety of all party members, including children and non-swimmers. Children must always be supervised by an adult when in or near the pool. Homeowner Liability Release: The homeowner, property owner, Airbnb host, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any injuries, deaths, accidents, property damage, or other incidents that occur in or around the swimming pool, regardless of cause, including but not limited to negligence, natural conditions, or acts of third parties. Guest Responsibility: Guests agree to use the pool responsibly and in accordance with all safety guidelines. No running, diving, or rough play is permitted in or around the pool area. The use of alcohol, glass containers, or other hazardous materials in or near the pool is strictly prohibited. We supply our guests with towels, four chairs, a cooler, a beach wagon, an umbrella, and sunblock. There's also a large bag of beach toys for the little ones. ⛱️ - ‼️TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays. 🌀 - ❄️ AC INFO: When using the air conditioning between May and August, kindly avoid setting it below 75°F from noon to 8 PM, and remember to adjust it to 78°F when leaving the property. This practice allows the AC to defrost and operate more effectively in the evening. - Unfortunately, our beautiful mango tree did not survive Hurricane Helene. If you have stayed with us before, I'm grateful that you were able to enjoy our sweet, juicy mangoes. We hope to replant a mango tree sometime in the near future. 🥭 - We offer a pack-n-pack and highchair at our property. If any other baby equipment is needed, please let us know! We’ll gladly assist. 🚼 - We provide all guests with a "startup" of essential paper goods and supplies: three rolls of toilet paper, one or two rolls of paper towels (depending on the length of their stay), a small stack of napkins, and one or two backup garbage bags. - This is a beach rental in Florida where small lizards may sometimes wander into the cottage. Don't worry, they're harmless! 🦎
House Rules
- Beach supplies must be returned to their original location after each use. - Please ensure that backyard umbrellas are closed on windy days and when you are done using the backyard space. - Do not spray sunscreen inside the house. - Only toilet paper should be flushed; please do not flush anything else. - Please do not unplug or tamper with the WiFi modem/router. Thank you. - This is a smoke-free property. - All noise must cease by 10:00 PM. **Air Conditioning Information: Please do not set the air conditioning below 75°F between noon and 8 PM from May to August. Remember to adjust the thermostat to 78°F when you leave the property to help the AC defrost and operate more efficiently in the evening. Failure to comply may result in repair charges during your stay. By booking this property, all guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to the pool terms listed in the “Other Things to Note” section of the listing and assume all risks associated with using the swimming pool. **Pet Policy: - Weight limit: 35 lbs or less. - No pets are allowed on furniture, especially the bed & sofa. - Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. - Please clean off your dog before entering the unit; no muddy, wet, or sandy paws are allowed inside. - By booking your stay, guests agree that Sunshine Escapes IRB will charge for any damages, additional cleaning needs, or flea treatments required due to the presence or behavior of the dog. - Dogs are NOT allowed on Indian Rocks Beach; please respect this rule. - Before your departure, please double-check the outside area for any dog waste. Everything inside was lovely! We enjoyed the outdoor spaces as much as the indoor. It was great having access to the a washer and dryer as well. Great location & Great Hosts!"
